ACCOMMODATIONS

All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort and Spa Tucson, 3800 W.Starr Pass Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85745. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at a special rate of: $169 single/Double. The current government rate of $127.00 single/double and is available for government employees with proper ID. Room rates are quoted exclusive of state and local taxes. These special rates will also be honored three days before and after based on availability.

To receive these special rates, attendees must request a room under the American Meteorological Society room block.

Reservations must be made prior to Monday, 19 April 2010, and may be required to
provide a credit card for guestroom guarantee. All credit cards used to guarantee will be charged one nights stay if reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or is a no show .
